Earlier, you listed the files in your dbs directory as:

These clearly indicate that you have created a database called 'orcle'. spfile<b>orcl</b>.ora, orapw<b>orcl</b>, lk<b>ORCL</b>, hc_<b>orcl</b>.dat. But you set your ORACLE_SID=SOFT. Why is your ORACLE_SID not set to 'orcl'? THAT is why you can't get anything to work.

You have not answered when database control last worked successfully. It looks like database control was never configured for this database, since "/oracle11gR2/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_localhost.localdomain_orcl" does not exist. Confgure it using the command "emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create"

              http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25494/dbcontrol002.htm

Pl also be aware that you are using an unsupported OS, so things may or may not work as advertised.

The error when I was installing Oracle 11gR2, the installer failed in the last optional part (EMC Configuration):

Enterprise manager configuration failed due to the following error - Listener is not up or database service is not registered with it. Start the Listener and register database service and run EM Configuration Assistan again._
You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later by manually running emca script_

Now, when I execute that command (emca), the result is:

[oracle@localhost ~]$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

STARTED EMCA at Mar 17, 2012 7:28:38 AM

I tried writing another Database SID such as orcl, but the result is the same-

First, confirm your SID - is it "orcl" or "SOFT" ? Next, set appropriate environment variables (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e10839/admin_ora.htm#i46652) and make sure your database is up (check the STARTUP command here http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e10839/strt_stp.htm#CEGHAAGF)

Then retry the emca command above

                    Hello.

I tried to find the real value of ORACLE?SID. But I can´t find the oratab file, like it is indicated in Oracle Guide.

To identify the SID and Oracle home directory for the instance that should be shut down, run the following command:_

                    On Solaris:_

                    +$ cat /var/opt/oracle/oratab+
                    On other operating systems:_

                    +$ cat /etc/oratab+

So, I think there is missing oratab file. Also in the directory $ORACLE_HOME/dbs I just find the following information.

                    /oracle11gR2/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db/dbs
                    [root@localhost dbs]# ls -l
                    total 20
                    -rw-rw----. 1 oracle vboxsf 1544 Mar 16 11:31 hc_orcl.dat
                    -rw-r--r--. 1 oracle vboxsf 2851 May 15 2009 init.ora
                    -rw-r-----. 1 oracle vboxsf 24 Mar 16 11:28 lkORCL
                    -rw-r-----. 1 oracle vboxsf 1536 Mar 16 11:31 orapworcl
                    -rw-r-----. 1 oracle vboxsf 2560 Mar 16 12:33 spfileorcl.ora

Please any help to resolve this problem.

BTW, oratab file is not required.

                      issue the following OS commands

ps -ef | grep -i pmon
                      lsnrctl status

I have just started up the listener. Now the result is:

                          [oracle@localhost db]$ ps -ef | grep -i pmon
                          oracle 3152 2928 0 07:29 pts/3 00:00:00 grep -i pmon

Now startup the database. Pl execute these commands and copy/paste the results back here

                            env | sort
                            sqlplus / as sysdba

As Srini said, you need to start your database. I'm adding comment to point out that the reason we know that, the reason we know that your database is NOT currently started, is because of the result of the above 'ps' command. If your database were running, it would have returned more than just the process for the grep command.
