That "Connected." message is bit suspicious.
To start with, it should read Production at that stage. I'd recommend to uninstall the beta and start using the production version. By the way, this is also necessary because of the [url http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licenses/ea-license-152003.html]License Terms you've accepted for the Beta download. Quote:

Of course you may have a listener running, or not.

But it is irrelevant for IPC communication case, where sqlplus spawns and connects to a server process (Oracle instance) directly.

Worry about starting up the instance first, then (potentially) involve the listener.

OK, delete the beta version I had installed oracle, and install the latest showing the page.

So what did the alert log say, from around the time of that last startup? (right before and after report of ORA-00205)

You should check db creation logs, in OH dir\config\log. (Start with CloneRmanRestore.log and CloneDBcreation.log.)

Listener status says blocked beacuse database has not reached 'open' state, connected to above mentioned symptom (the ORA error).

Thanks for all the help, at the last gave up and chose to take it as a problem of Windows (viruses, errors) because I had problems with Oracle where the OS would not let me reinstall it.

I decided to change the pc.
