Please post the details of the application release, database version and OS.
I am getting "FRM-92120 Registry file Registry.dat is missing in R12" error when I try to open Forms once I log into Oracle APPS R12.Was this working before? If yes, any changes been done recently?
Is the issue from specific browser/machine or from all browsers/machines?
Did AutoConfig complete successfully?
I try clearing all the cookies, uninstalling J2SE plug-in and tried log into Apps with different browsers. still no luckHave you verified all the settings in (Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 389422.1])?
any help in resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it was working before, the changes made was we started(adstrtal.sh) application by using 'oracle' user instead of Application user(orakpi).
we have same issue in all the machines and all the browsers
I guess AutoConfig was successful as we were access the instance for the past 4 months.
I checked the documents those you referred but they didn’t serve the purpose.

One of our senior DBA resolved the issue and I am not sure what all he did.
When I ask him he said he replaced the Registry.dat file from other servers(one of his friend's)
