I think you can
1. Put a for-each for the whole data and add a Count function for it. And store that in a variable.
2. And as you have designed the report you might know, how much rows will fill in one Page. Check if the Count (at point 1) is < the rows you think. then add a pageBreak. Using <?split-by-page-break:?>

Thank you all for your replies. My apologies for not explaining this more clearly. I need a way of checking when the number of report pages is an odd number and then force a page break. This is to prevent another record from printing on the other side of a double-sided printout. Has anyone managed to find a workaround for this?
After further research, it seems that I need the following form field in my report
This forces an extra page if I just run the report for one person with an odd number of pages. However, I'm still trying to get the report to force an extra page when I run it for multiple people at the same time.
