    Transfer database from primary server to standby

      Hi all,

      I have a following problem:
      I have a primary and a standby database. The primary database is configured with ASM, the standby - is the "normal" database.
      The data will be trasfered from primary to standby database using following RMAN script:
      connect target *
      crosscheck archivelog all;
      crosscheck backup;
      delete noprompt expired archivelog all;
      delete noprompt expired backup;
      recover database;
      The script does working, but after creation in the primary database a new tablespace and running the rman script I found in the log file the following lines:
      Starting recover at 2012-04-07 23:05:09
      using channel ORA_DISK_1
      RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
      RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
      RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
      RMAN-03002: failure of recover command at 04/07/2012 23:05:12
      RMAN-06094: datafile 223 must be restored
      The file paths of the productive system will be not automatically "translated" to the paths of the standy server.
      When in the primary database the new tablespaces will be created, archive logs can not be imported on the standby database because Oracle tries create the files with paths according to the ASM that do not exist on the standby.
      The paths can be corrected manually, so that the recovery will work. But does it working automatically?
      Is there any RMAN command for this purpose?
