If the listener name is not the default name 'LISTENER' , then you must specify the listener name in stop, start commands.
I cannot copy and past, because i see the erroro when the system startup, and also i cannot attached a file.
So I copy manually:
after that the system startup and the instance too, not the LISTENER,
Starting dbora:ORACLE_HOME_LISTNER is not SET, unable to auto-start Oracle Net Listener Processing databace instance "dbpmef10SID": log file /oracle/ora10/startup.log
