DRM: Can the exports generated have a Serial Number Column?

    928754
If I am exports that get published to a table then the order of records is getting jumbled. Is there a way that we can have a column which will have the serial number associated with each record? If yes how can that be accomplished?

      Regards,

          Jeet,
As far as I know DRM exports in the same order that you see them in the hierarchy. If you want to change that order, you can use the Sort Order property.

You need to assign this pre-built property to the hierarchy and then fill the property with the order you need. If you change the Sort Order serial number the nodes get sorted and they get exported in the same order. You have to continue to do this when you are adding new nodes. If you use an alphabetical order you don't need to use it.

In DRM 11.1.2.2 New features, I just saw this.

            Record ID for Exports
When exporting to a database table, a record number is auto-generated for each record being
output to preserve the order of the records as they are exported. The following export types
            support this feature:
            1) Hierarchy Export
            2) Version Export
            3) Compare Export
