I have been looking around and I realized that inside the database I have a table RA_ADUSER7 under schema PREFIX_OIM. That table contain all the users from my AD but there is not column called RECON_OBJECTGUID.
If i had a new column called RECON_OBJECTGUID how can i map the column to the objectGUID attribute in AD ?
Do you think it will be a good solutions or am I going the wrong direction ?
Go to AD User Trusted RO and see whether it exists there under Reconciliation Fields. If it doesn't exists then Add it here and click "Create Reconciliation Profile"
Go to Process Defintion > AD User Trusted >Reconciliation Field Mapping
Check if objectGUID exists or not. It it doesn't exists add there manually and save
Thank you Rajiv,
I check both and obectGUID exist in both places (Resource Object and Process Definitions).
For the job here are the values of the fields:
Incremental Recon Attribute: uSNChanged
IT Resource Name: Active Directory
Maintain Hierarchy: no
Manager Id Manager Id
Number of Batches: All
Object Type: User
OIM Employee Type
OIM Organization Name: Xellerate Users
OIM User Type: End-User
Resource Object Name: AD User Trusted
Scheduled Task Name: Active Directory User Trusted Recon
Search Base: OU=....,O=....,DC=...,DC=.....
Search Scope: subtree
Sort By: samAccountName
Sort Direction: asc
I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong, I just need to know what LOL
If when you click the create reconciliation profile button and it does not add the value, you will probably need to use the deleteMetaData option in the MDS database and remove the RA_XXXX tables for your instance, and then click the link again to regenerate.
objectGUID was already part of the reconciliation fields on the Resource Objects so I should not have to add any other one. Should I still need to Create Reconciliation Profile ?
I did click on "Create Reconciliation Profile" but I am still getting the same erro when I am running the job.
I am still getting the error:
Failed: oracle.iam.connectors.icfcommon.exceptions.OIMException: Thor.API.Exceptions.tcAPIException: oracle.iam.reconciliation.exception.InvalidDataFormatException: Required column name RECON_OBJECTGUID and value does not exist
Does anyone have an idea on what I should try next ?
What is the version of AD Connector and OIM?
My version of the connector is 220.127.116.11
Has your problem been resolved?
What is the value of the Configuration Lookup parameter of the target system IT resource? Is it set to Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory or Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory.Trusted?
Were you able to fix that?
I am getting the same error
For trusted source enter, "Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory.Trusted" for "Configuration Lookup" parameter in AD IT Resource.
By default value will be "Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory".
