I came across a situation in Order Management(126.96.36.199). Where I am not able to change the salesperson on an order that has already been shipped against. Any advise is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Typically, you can't do that.
One option is
1) Create an RMA line with the wrong salesman
2) Receive product
3) Create a new order line with the right salesman
4) Ship it using the inventory from line2
Here's a quick and dirty method too...EBS links eveyrthing by IDs. If Name is what you need to change and don't bother too much about the proper process, then find the Salesperson Id associated to the Sales order (OE_SALES_CREDITS.SALESREP_ID). Then navigate to Order Management Super User >> Setup >> Sales >> Salesperson >> Query for the SalesPerson and then change the name to someone who is Current or some dummy name.
