SPARC T4-4 HBA Panic
Apr 13, 2012 9:26 AM
Had a network card in EM0 go bad last night. The system panicked and rebooted, and caused us a lot of problems.
We do have ASR enabled, but it really shouldn't affect a hot swappable HBA card IMO. Is there a way to disable it for specific pieces of hardware, or is this a non-negotiable global setting?

You can use Dynamc Reconfiguration (
) for disable/remove some components.
