See the Payables Open Interface Tables chapter of the Oracle Payables User's Guide.
You can use Payable interface (technical expertise needed) or use DATA LOAD utility. If you have the data in excel, dataload can copy the excel data in to specific invoice workbench fields and save. This reduces manual input effort.
You can download trial version from,
I was thinking of dataload as a last resort. It takes time you know.
Anyway, I will check on the comment of octavio. Im sure he will assist me until the end..
See sample code at http://iwikte.wordpress.com/2009/02/26/importing-invoices-into-oracle-payables/
Is there any functional way?
Can you please explain what do you mean by functional way?
Functional way, something that can be done by a non-technical person like me.
Like Dataload, templates can be made by non-technical person, but i just dont like this because it still takes time.
Hope this explains enough.
Ok. So if you are non-technical i suggest you to use DataLoad. I do not have a template but you can download the ap_invoice_load.dld at www.dataload.com
It is a bit hard to build but once working it makes things easier.
But loading the data through sql Loader is perhaps 1000 times faster and easier...and it is not so hard to do.
Did you try also the Open sources WinParrot http://www.winparrot.com ?
See it video on youtube "Data loading from Excel to OEBS" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UfQhNSZBcw
