When I try to print the program shuts down. I have been using the suretrak program for years. For some reason the program appears to think it is being used by someone else. I am printing on a networked printer, does that matter?
It's been quite a few years since I have used Suretrak however I seem to remember some printing issues being resolved in the "C" patch. Can you confirm which Suretrak version you are running (A/B/C)? I believe this is listed under Help>About Suretrak or maybe displayed on initial launch of the application.
