i have created a page .jspx but forgot to create backing bean(.java) file for that particular page.
i have done enough work on that page now i need to create .java file for that page.
How can i create .java file ?
is there any possibility?
Any answers will be appreciated.
Thanks in Advance.
from your jspx page, click on a component goto property inspector and try to create a binding or an event it would automatically show you a dialog to create backing bean.
or create Java bean and register it in “adfc-config.xml” file under “Managed Beans” section.
when you create a jspx page, if you check the option says “Automatically Expose UI Components in a New Managed Bean”, this will also create a bean automatically for you.
Managed beans are plain Java classes. You must register the class as a managed bean in the "Managed Beans" section of the "Overview" pane of faces-config.xml, adfc-config.xml or ADF Taskflow definition file (depending on whether your .jspx page is a part of an ADF Taskflow). You can create a Java class and register it after that as a managed bean, or you can create the class automatically when registering a new managed bean:
- Register the bean in the Taskflow's definition file if the page is a part of an ADF Bounded Taskflow;
- Register the bean in WEB-INF\adfc-config.xml if the page is registered as a part of the ADF Unbounded Taskflow;
- Register the bean in WEB-INF\faces-config.xml if the page is not a part of any ADF Taskflow.
