Our licensed product is Primavera Contractor 6.1.
I activated one of our licenses last August and downloaded Primavera Contractor onto my local computer. The program was working fine until last week. Our IT department renamed our computers. I would suspect that this is the reason why I can’t access the program.
When I access the program, it states unable to locate database, when I click on yes to continue it brings up a dialog box that states, “database configuration”, “select or create alias”. I have chosen several options and neither of them work.
Can anyone out there provdide some assistance. Keep in mind that I will only run this program on a personal computer and not a network drive.
