Migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010 blocked Notification Approvals

      Hello,

We have a problem in PO approvals after migrating from Exchange 2003 to 2010. The problem is WF Mailer works and sends emails to users and users approve ( or reject ) POs, etc. and these approval emails reach to WF Mailer account's inbox, but then nothing happens. They are not being processed and workflow waits forever until user approves those POs on Oracle EBS screens. When we move WF Mailer account back to Exchange 2003, it works again, then tried a second time to move and it failed again and we moved it back and now its working.

We are trying this problem on a test environment and its the same. WF Mailer account is on Exchange 2010 server now and even all emails work, they are not processed. What is the problem here ? What can be done to solve this problem ?

      Environment: Oracle EBS 11i on x86 RHEL4.

According to "Workflow Java Mailer & Notifications FAQ [ID 562551.1]"

Why can Workflow email notifications be received, but the responses are not processed?

      a. This could be associated to the inbound thread count set for the mailer being set to 0. The value is set on Step 2 of the configuration of the Workflow Mailer in OAM. If the value is changed, the configuration must be saved and the workflow notification mailer service will need to be re-started.

      b. An override address may be set where all email notifications are sent to the override address. To check this, click on the Workflow Notification Mailer link and click on the Set Override Address button. If the Current Override Address has an email address, all Workflow Email Notifications are being sent to that address. To change it to NONE, click on Submit with no value in the * New Override Address field. If the value is changed, the configuration must be saved and the workflow notification mailer service will need to be re-started.

      a. it is set to 1
      b. it is set to None
