T5240 - No Environmental Status information when running prtdiag -v

I have a T5240 that will not show anything past the "I/O Devices" section when running prtdiag -v as root. It doesn't even show the section header. Anyone have experience with this or know how to resolve it? I've rebooted the SC but no dice. Planning a power-cycle later today but would like to solve it before then. It shows memory errors when I run "showfaults" on the SC and will be calling in a ticket with the Big-O but I would like the fault status to show up in prtdiag so when they ask me to run an Explorer the messages are there....
