How to give full access on multiple jobs to one SuperAdministrator user

I have a Grid Control 11g installation, and I have configured more than a hundred dictionary baselines, for Change Management to a large number of Oracle databases. I created them with the SYSMAN user, but now I want to use a personal user to administer the jobs. The jobs are owned by SYSMAN, and my personal user is able to view them, but cannot edit the credentials and schedule information. I found out that you can give a user FULL access to a job, but you have to do it one by one. I need to give FULL access to at least 5 users, for all the created jobs. Is there a way to make this process ? Something like using a package or writting a PL/SQL block.

Thanks in advance.
