I've added some customers and they now are at status 'pending-informed', probably because they haven't set up their Oracle accounts yet.
Has the customer been sent a message of any sort or does 'informed' just apply to the workspace admin?

Pending-Informed means they have been sent an email telling them they have not got an account and should go to myprofile.oracle.com and register for an account.
