There should be a line in the /etc/inttab that calls /etc/init.d/init.ohasd. Typically an issue with the storage devices not having the proper ownership.
crsctl is not installed on standalone.
Find the alert log for ASM and see what it is telling you. Use srvctl start/stop ASM for starting ASM in 11g
Thanks onedbguru, the alert log file does not telling me nothing but i'll try with the /etc/init.d/init.ohasd.
In other words, i want to be able to start asm either 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52. The second one starts without any problem, after i shutdown 184.108.40.206 asm and trying startup asm 220.127.116.11 but fails. I dont know what i am doing wrong.
