What you are describing seems unusual. Can you take a step back and tell us why you are doing that, what you are trying to achieve? There might be a better way to do what you want to do in a more general sense.
If your webserver is using web services located on INTERSRVR which in turn use ODAC to call Proddb then this should be possible.
Actually in our environment, we are not using INTERNET service.
We have our website launched in WEBSRVR which is external.
So to publish data in our website, we are taking data from our PRODDB in Flash Drive and moving it to WEBSRVR.
Now we want to create one DMZ in INTERSRVR which has access to our LAN as well as INTERNET, so that it can communicate with PRODDB and WEBSRVR as well.
Here we want to eliminate data transfer through Flash.
Can you suggest me best solution for this.
It looks like you're implementing pseudo security which is a different problem altogether.
As for your question: You can create an ASP.NET web application or .NET service application on INTERSRVR that provides full access to the database schema using something like ADO.NET Data Services and Entity Framework. You can then access this as a data source from your web server and have complete read/write access to the database.
