    Hi,

What my understand is you want to show all the columns in you dashboard am write?

Go--> Open pd --> Click presentation layer --> your table--> right click your column--> here you can add both users means user and user 2.

Suppose user try to login he able to see the four columns.

Note: What is the means of answer level and dashboard level. -- The same report only you drag to in this dashboard .

In the dashboard same repot only you drag the report am write?

Column level security it is possible to only RPD level not in object level means answers level.

    Thanks,

I have to restrict to create report for User1 and User2 using 4 columns.
But have to see dashboad report.

    E.g
    User3 created "Report1" using 4 columns.
User1 dont have access for 2 columns in "Report1"
and simillarlly user2 dont have another 2 columns in "Report1"

But when user1 login in ,he able to see all 4 columns in "Report1"
simila...User2 loged in, he can able to see all 4 columns in "Report1"

    Thanks

    HI,

    It is not possible.

Why? Because you already restrict those columns in rpd level.

In that case we need to create same table to another name then import to player--then apply to join and drag to bmm layer-- then drag to presentation Layer.

Here you can add the those uses in the table then you can try to another report.

Note: Same table you can't apply different restriction.

    Hope it help's

    Thanks,

    Hi Raj,

It is not possible to show the column in dashboard and restricts the same column in Answers for a User.If we gave no access to a particular column in rpd for a user then that user can't access the column in presentation services.
