Hi I have installed solaris on VirtualBox(oracle virtual box) my host OS is Windows 7. I am trying to install oracle 11g on solaris. I have read all documents regarding preinstallation requisites but still unable to install. What I have done till now?

1. Created oracle user which belongs to staff, dba, oinstall, asmdba group.
2.Downloaded both database installation files from oracle site and currently its in Downloads folder.
3.Extracted the zip files into database folder of the Downloads folder.
4.checked my swap tmp memory and now its showing passed.
5.I have installed all the packages mentioned in the document.
6.I have to install oracle on my local solaris machine.
7.I have tried setting DISPLAY variable as follows:

DISPLAY=10.0.2.15:0.0;export DISPLAY //as root first then as oracle.

8.Currently when trying to run the runInstaller I am getting an error mentioned below:

Checking Temp space: must be greater than 180 MB. Actual 1413 MB Passed
Checking swap space: must be greater than 150 MB. Actual 2044 MB Passed
Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors
>>> Could not execute auto check for display colors using command /usr/openwin/bin/xdpyinfo. Check if the DISPLAY variable is set. Failed <<<<
