I have two custom AR(Receivables) responsibilities. both have having Order Organizer menu. by using this we can view the Sales Order Information. both custom responsibilities are using same menus, submenus and functions.
Here My problem is, By using Order Organizer in one responsibility I can view but not modify the sales order information. where as in second responsibility using Order Organizer I can modify the sales order information.
Now my requirement is only we have to view the sales order information, not to modify any sales order information. is there any setup done at responsibility level?
because i cannot see any differences between menu level.
please help me to solve this issue.
I have turning off custom code (Use Help->Diagnostics->Custom Code-> Off) and re-tried it. Now I can modify the data in sales order form using both the custom responsibilities. how to find out the custom code here...
Check CUSTOM.pll and form personalizations - some code in there is making this form read-only for one responsibility. If you are not familiar with CUSTOM.pll and Form Personalizations, you will find some details in these MOS Docs
