java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space error

Hi

We try to bring up WLS console with Admin Server but we get this error and so console doesnt show up
What can we do to avoid the java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space error ?

We have a linux 64 bit machine
