I try to delete or complete the leave with approval status ''Work in progress'' and there is no way to do that .. can anybody help .
This issue happened when i request annual leave and the session expired .. i login again and i found the request stuck at absence summary and i can't do any thing even deleting.

From the screenshot it seems that two seeded columns Update and Delete are made hidden in your instance.
Please personalize the page to make them visiable and then either click on delete to DELETE the absence or click on update to UPDATE the absence and re-submit.

As I said those two columns are seeded so if you want to see them. Just disable the self-service personalization for your lof=gin account only and check the issue.
Profile option to disable the personalization is "Disable Self-Service Personal"

You should not disable the personalization at site level.
If those two columns are hidden in your instance then there could be a business requirement behind that, if not, they should appear without any problem. Now if you want to display those two coloumns just UNDO the personalization done earlier on that page.

after i put the profile on value 'Yes' the delete and update columns appeared at absence summary with warning massege and i can delete the Leave with approval status ''Work in progress'':

1. You can enable/disable the personalization at user level samele as site level. Just select your user name and provide the profile option.
2. You are getting the Warning because the personalization is disabled at site level, but this will not stop you creating new absence.
3. You cant directaly spot the personalization done earlier but to enable those two columns first remove the profile option "Disable self service personalization" from site level
4. Click on the personalize link on the absence page and try to search the column header Update and Delete then change the rendered option to True.
