I ve taken care of both the points you mentioned prior to posting this question, Can you tell me why I dont get a status code 'F' from the query when I can see number of requests in scheduled status from frontend

I ve queried a request_id which is pending scheduled in front end and i got the status_code as I . So , does that mean I stands for SCHEDULED, oracle documentation says I is NORMAL and F is Scheduled , I am confused here. I ve also taken care of HOLD_FLAG as indicated , still my original question stands true
