    Oracle Application Express Exchange

    sect55
Why can't the APEX group set up Oracle Application Express Exchange similiar to Oracle SQL Developer Exchange (https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=43135:1:1300981779514901::NO) for feature requests, sample code, etc. Oracle SQL Developer Exchange uses APEX for their site, why doesn't the APEX people do it as well. The current thread of wish list is too cumbersome to follow and to search for potential requests.

          Hi,

I also think forum post is quite bad and useless for that purpose.

Below OTN page say that outside Oracle there is <a target="_blank" href="http://apexblogs.info">APEX Blog Aggregator</a>
          http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/community/index.html

APEX Blog Aggregator have <a target="_blank" href="http://apexblogs.info/pls/apex/f?p=118:17:0::NO:::">APEX Enhancement Requests (and bugs)</a>

I have try ask using site feedback, are these APEX Enhancement Requests (and bugs) ever revived by Oracle or do we get some info accept/reject for these.
But of course I have not get any answer...

          Regards,
          Jari

I completely agree with both of you - it's obvious that the APEX team should have an APEX application for the community to provide this feedback. The long-running OTN "wish list" is just too painful.

We're doing some acceptance testing and final review of an application for this purpose now. I hope for this to be publicly available and open for business in the coming weeks.

Thanks for your patience, and also, thanks for your interest in trying to have this improved.

Is this going to be like that "Team Center" or whatever application that was supposed to be the first in a line of new "2.0" applications to be released by the Oracle team like 3 years ago that I'm still waiting for? :)

                      Joel,

What is this the status of the new application? It has been over 2 months since you mentioned it will be in user acceptance.
