    zfs to ufs

      I have bunch of disk that was used with zpool "zfs fs" now management desided that move these disks to ufs, so please any one have any clue or idea how to migrate zfs fs disk to ufs layout (Solaris 10)

      Current partition table (original):
      Total disk sectors available: 143358320 + 16384 (reserved sectors)

          If there is no data to be migrated, you can just convert the disks with EFI labels to VTOC
          by using the following format command. After you convert the disk label, any existing data
          will be lost so be sure that you do need anything off of these disks.

          Using c6t3d0 as an example:

          # format -e c6t3d0
          selecting c6t3d0
          [disk formatted]
          format> label
          [0] SMI Label
          [1] EFI Label
          Specify Label type[0]: 0
          Ready to label disk, continue? yes


          This will convert the disk back to the VTOC label.

          If you or your management has issues or questions about using ZFS,
          please let us know. I find ZFS much easier to manage the UFS.
