How To Identify Request Submitted From Which Wifi Access Point?

Dear all,

Is it possible that we could use JAVA to identify user requests, which are submitted through a specific Wifi access point? My company has setup a Wifi hotspot for customers to access Internet. The business would like pop-up certain message when customers use the company's Wifi accessing company official web portal (written in JSP/Servlet). I've been googling the web for some time but still not able to find any hints. Appreciate for any feedback, with sample code if possible, on this subject.

    I wouldn't attack it from the perspective of a "wifi hotspot". In stead, focus on what information you actually have available to you which you can easily find through the HTTP protocol specifications.

    For example, perhaps HttpServletRequest.getRemoteAddr() can be of use to you - it returns the hostname / IP address where the request came from. This ranch thread could be of further use to you:
