I don't see a question here.
You are doing some sort of search like %A% which is unlikely to produce useful results. The system has limited the number of expansions to 50,000 to prevent you from wasting resources on an unproductive query.
If you're using 11.2, and don't care how many resources the query uses, you can set WILDCARD_MAX_TERMS to 0 which is unlimited.
But it might be better to reject such searches and ask your users to be more specific.
If you're looking for a workaround, details of your query, the application it is run from, and the version of Oracle you are using would be useful.
