Is there any way to enable following functionality on the customer online page
1. Person languages
3. Do not use email/phone Flag
As i see these functionalities are available on the E business center form under telesales manager responsibility. Does customer online also offers these features. If not how can we store the contact and contact point Preferences on the customer online page (We need to store do not call/do not mail flags and languages of the contact). I ma on R12.1. Any help would be really appreciated as I need this urgently.
