One way to have alert notifications sent to different email addresses is to create different notification rules that apply to specified targets rather than all targets of a certain type, and use different EM account to subscribe to appropriate rules.
I have created a monitoring URL alert for a web page using Beacon. I see that a Critical alert was issued and I can see it under Grid Control GUI but I did not received any email alerts.
I see following Critical ALert but NO email was sent out.

I see that alert was also cleared after 2 mins. Where do I check for email issues ?

- Verify that you can successfully send a test notification alert from the EM site.
- Verify that there is a notification rule that applies to the metric.
- The notification rule is configured to send email notification; e.g., the Send Me E-mail option is checked (assuming you are using EM 10gR5).
- You have subscribed to receive email; i.e., the notification rule has the Subscribe (Send E-mail) option checked.
