EOF on connection from (unidentified site)

Hi BDB experts:

I see some errors in bdb logs: EOF on connection from (unidentified site).

What does "unidentified site" means in BDB?

Thanks.

When one site (the "initiator") creates a TCP/IP connection to another site (the "acceptor"), early in the lifetime of the connection it sends information to identify itself, so that the acceptor knows where the connection has come from. But if the connection is broken before the acceptor receives this information it won't yet know the identify of the initiator.
