did i have to install any additional vga drivers for it if yes where i found that.
Graphical card support is limited. The first step is to determine the GPU chipset that you use in your server. Then we can check if this is supported or not.
More details are available in this files : /var/dt/Xerrors, /var/log/Xorg.0.log and /var/log/Xsun.0.log.
Please run also this command to determine which card is installed : # /usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v
Seems that you have an Intel HD Graphics 2000 chipset. I'm not sure that we support this GPU with Solaris 10 excepted with VESA driver if this works.
I will suggest to test Solaris 11 that integrates a larger list of supported devices.
