Oracle Web Tier (HTTP) is built on top of Apache HTTP server. You can find the information at http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E15586_01/web.1111/e10144/intro_ohs.htm
"Oracle HTTP Server includes the mod_wl_ohs module, which routes requests to Oracle WebLogic Server. The mod_wl_ohs module provides the same load balancing functionality as the Oracle WebLogic Server Plug-in for Apache HTTP Server (mod_weblogic).".
-Basically configure the plugin to work with weblogic and OHS.
-Give the cluster address for the weblogichost name and deploy the app to the weblogic cluster
Now you will be able to access the app with one url.
Check out the above link and also http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/configuring.html for more info.
Also check out weblogic plugin configuration for apache or OHS.
