do some partial submit = true for that button.
A guess, do you have the results (I assume table) getting refreshed on click of the Submit button using partial triggers?
things are usually easier to answer with some background information about the JDeveloper version and how to reproduce issues.
This option is not working. when i place partialSubmit=true on the SUBMIT button the results are not coming even after clicking the SUBMIT button twice. Any more inputs please..
Thanks in advance.
i have same question? as like of frank .
please give some info about jdev and what you did? little bit info can able to catch where you are?
I am using JDeveloper version: Studio Edition Version 220.127.116.11.0.
This is how you can reproduce the steps:
1. The ADF page contains 4 input text fields and two selectBooleanRadio buttons for selecting Date Range.
2. When i specify the values in the input text fields and give the data range in Date format or number of days format by selecting one of the radio button and specify date in the adjacent two input text boxes.
3. When i click on SUBMIT i should get the records from database for the search criteria given.
But, when i click on SUBMIT for the first time i m not getting the results. Only when i click on it for the second time i am getting the expected results.
Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue. partialSubmit=true on SUBMIT button does not solve this issue.
Thanks in advance.
do some partial submit = true for that button.add this info. make autosubmit = true for fields
i forget to mention make Partialtrigger for result components.
i would like to suggest something for search over data's
use viewcriteria and drag and drop af:query it will searchresults .
i think if you are go with af:query selectoneradio is not possible .
has this issue been resolved?? please let me know what is the solution, Im also having the same pblm .
I am assuming you created the search form on your own and not using the query panel. Did you debug/check if your search is actually being invoked on first click? How are you invoking the search from button, can you post the page def code? How are you passing the value? ExecuteWithParams is the thing you should be using if your search fields are present in the WHERE clause of the query.
