and i am used win7 32bit
when i want back up i writing this statement on "cmd"
exp dbas/dbas@ddds file=D:\dms\ddfm.dmp
so it's only just backup data without large object library, any table contain large object library it can't take it
so i would like take backup all data from database

First of all, exp or expdp is NOT exactly a BACKUP of your database, it just a transportable copy of the object definitions of the one schema that you selected as well as data for those objects. Where is the "large object library" stored? in another schema? as a BLOB/CLOB?
If you need a restorable, recoverable (to a point in time) backup, use RMAN (you are, after all, in an RMAN forum).
