    reading WSDL at runtime

I was wondering if there is a way to read a wsdl on the fly and create an xml request for particular soap action from it and use it with utl_http?
My db version is: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bit Production.

Right now I have got it working by storing the xml template for each soap action in the database xmltype column. And everytime I need to query/add/update something
I use xmlupdate to update the template and send an http request and get a response back. It works but I don't like this approach.

Would be nice if I could somehow read the wsdl at runtime and populate the xml request accordingly.

Any insight or help with this would be greatly appreciated.
