Hi to all,
We're using Siebel Call Center version 22.214.171.124.
We started to see the "Error in browser: '_swe._swehist.document' is null or not object" message after upgrade from 126.96.36.199.
The error appears in MS IE 6+8 after launching siebel application from CTI!
We launching siebel using the following format of url:
Refresh, clear history, clear cookies, not solving the problem!
The problem appears in all machines in production only!
We copied the we copied the SRF & Web Templates & Scripts from prodution to the other environments wishing to see the same error but this didn't happend!
Did you manage to resolve this issue?
