We have SGD version 4.61 authenticating to Active Directory. Users can authenticate to SGD, but no applications appear on the webtop. Looking in the Admin tool, we can see that the "LDAP Profile" does get assigned to the user session.
After poking around, we found that the problem seems to be caused by a forward slash character "/" appearing in the "CN" of the Active Directory user objects. Unfortunately, this convention is used for all users at our site. I dont' have permission to modify the AD objects. Can SGD be configured to use another LDAP attribute for profile assignments?
