push replication for a cache which has a backing store
Jul 25, 2012 8:55 AM
I have a requirement to replicate one cache across multiple clusters in different regions. The cache that I am trying to replicate is a distributed-cache with a backing store (DB).
Can some please explain me is it possible to replicated a cache with a backing-store ?
can I use push replication pattern in this scenario ?
are there any other approaches / alternatives to do this ?

You can do push replication with db backing cachestore.
- You create a new BinaryCacheStore (just like PublishingCacheStore) that wrap implementation of DB Cachestore and PublishingCachestore.
