How to display a rotating banner using ad:adTarget?

Hello,

I need to add a banner that rotates continuously on a set of images?
Is that supported from the Weblogic Interaction Management Framework?

I have tried inserting a placeholder that retrieves a single image from the WLP virtual content repository at a time
<ph:placeholder name="/placeholders/foo.pla" width="300" height="100"/>

Can this be achieved using the ad:target?
I need to rotate on a set of images

Thanks,

    The placeholder tag will show a random image, based on the content query or the campaign that targets the placeholder, each time the page is requested. If you wish to have something automatically cycle the images while the page is being displayed, you'll need to use Javascript (or Flash or something). There should be plenty of examples out on the web for this approach.
