Solaris 11 kernel panic when USB KVM switches

I have several Solaris 11, x86 based systems connected by a simple VGA/usb 4-port KVM (from Frys). This switch has always worked for me, until I upgraded to Solaris 11.

If several machines are running and I want to use the KVM to switch between two of them, the system I switch away from coredumps. /var/adm/messages displays the following:

All systems are running AMD Phenom processors, with ASUS motherboards, none of them are the same version processor or motherboard. Solaris 11.0 x86 is the only commonality.
