What version of Forms u are using?
Furnish correct details , to help you instantly
I am using form version 10.1.2.0.2
FND Function execute() by using this API i called one form to another form.
The message 'Do you want to saves changes made?' indicates that the value on one or more items on your form has been changed and ask for confirmation on saving the changes. It's been mentioned, is a message not an error
When an item value is changed, the item property "ITEM_IS_VALID" is set to false; To remove the message, you need to find the item(s) that have been changed and set its property "ITEM_IS_VALID" to true.
To identify the items changed look for one of these:
a) Non database items where you assigned a value on a post-query trigger.
if possible, change these to display items
b) Items assigned a value programmatically.
After you figure out this then you can call the the form.
