    eth0 becomes half & 100mbps after teamed with eth1

when I had single connection, eth0 was working fine, and with full duplex & 1000mbps. However, when I completed all binding configurations, and bring up bound0, eth0 becomes half & 100mbps, eth1 is full & 1000mbps. Should not both of them be full & 1000mbps? Thank you all!
