I checked with the team late last week and they planned to contact you via email to ask you to provide an alternate address. It seems that two kits have been shipped that have not arrived. Below is their response:
"We have processed the reship through Global Mail to the address confirmed by him in SR#23770613 and processed his eCertificate on 27th Jun’12. We have not received any SR from this candidate after that regarding his success kit status."
Please reply to one of the emails sent to you and provide an alternate address for shipping. I am sorry that you have not yet received your kit. Unfortunately, there are some regions in which we face this issue of kit after kit not getting delivered. We will work to get this kit to you as soon as we can.

Yes, they contacted me via email to ask alternate address and I have provided the same on August 17.
But frankily speaking, I am losing hope to get my kit.Its already 4 months over.
