cp /lib64/libgcc_s.so.1 /usr/lib64
then use /usr/lib64
It will setup the library path to point to that location. Additionally, it only allows you to specify one location, but those libraries are located in two different locations by default. Some people just copy the libraries into a single location, or just create symbolic links.
