These are two different errors. You have to use 10G, but you have to make sure that all PLL's which are attached to your custom.pll are in the directory specified by the setting FORMS_PATH / FORMS90_PATH in your registry1 person found this helpful

Ok I'm using 10g but i don know where to download all .pll files for r12 to open it on 10g.
And I'm not clear with these sentence "setting FORMS_PATH / FORMS90_PATH in your registry". So can u please brifely guide me to solve this problem.
The pll's should be located in your eBusiness-suite-installation somewhere in the path $AU_TOP1 person found this helpful
For the second problem
Do you work with the Developer suite on windows? If so, you have to find the key FORMS_PATH or FORMS90_PATH in the registry, its somewhere under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Oracle. In that key the directories, where forms should search for PLL'l, MMB's and other FMB's are listed. Add the path where you keep your files.

Try using higher version of oracle to open this custom.pll You only use 6i that's why you cannot open it. The settings of the program is different from higher version of it.
Hope this helps.
