including the Service Manual and the various User and Upgrade Guides.
I haven't had occasion (or need) to read any of the documents but they likely have every procedure you'll need to get your new hardware functional.

There is no "urgent" in the OTN forums. They are user-to-user forums and not a way to get to Oracle Technical Support.
No one is paid to monitor them and there is no obligation that any post ever get a response. That's what your service contract gives you, not these forums.
If there is a critical business need for any inquiry, log a SR and get an authoritative answer from the company.
