How to open master detail page in Create mode and not query mode
Sep 6, 2012 6:56 PM
I have a master detail page on Same page layout.
1. By default I want to open the page in 'Create' mode and not query mode. How can I achieve that from JHS?
2. In create mode how can I add 3 blank rows initially in detail table?
Obviously I do not want to make changes in ADF page and switch off page generation from JHS.
I'm using JHeadstart 220.127.116.11 with ADF/JDev 18.104.22.168
I have the same question

in response to
1. You can set the Jheadstart group property "Display New Row on Entry" to true
2. You can do this inside ADF BC: overwrite the create method on the master view object and after the call to super, look up the detail view object and create three rows there as well.
